If you used a mobile phone or Ipad (after you have downloaded the app and registered the account), locate this icon. Click on it and sign-in with your registered mobile phone number and the password that you have created. The rest is self explanatory.
Important Note. It’s best that you use a laptop or desktop to manage your owner’s portal account because of the info and designs for the backend. You can still use your mobile phone to access your backend account but it’s not recommended. To access your owner’s portal, go to the website www.ezcheckedin.com and click on Login or go directly to this link https://owner.ezcheckedin.com/account/login.html. The same user ID (phone) and password that you used for your front store to check-in and check-out customers.

Yes and No. If you want all the customers data reside within the same account, then you can use one account with multiple locations. However, if you wanted each location to have its own identity and data, then each location must have its own account and each registered phone number can only be used once or registered to one account. We, however, can make an exception to this if you have the need to override this. Just contact us.
