This Software Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Digital Marketing Solutions LLC ("Company") and [User] ("User") on the date this account is created.
1. Refund Policy: User acknowledges and agrees that all sales of the software provided by Company are final and non-refundable. Company does not offer any refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the software, changes in User's circumstances, or technical issues.
2. Automatic Renewal: User agrees that this Agreement will automatically renew using your financial account on file at the end of the initial term for successive renewal terms of the same duration unless User provides written notice of termination to Company at least 30 days before the end of the then-current term.
3. Payment: User agrees to pay the renewal fees for the software as specified by Company at the time of renewal. User understands that once payment is made, it is non-refundable.
4. Termination: In the event that User wishes to terminate this Agreement, User must provide written notice to Company as specified in Section 2. Failure to provide timely notice will result in automatic renewal and payment of renewal fees.
5. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Kent County Michiganbwithout regard to its conflict of law principles.
6. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Company and User regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings; AND it’s subjected to change.
